Acceptance
By sending an enquiry, paying a deposit, or attending a workshop, you accept these terms. If you are accepting on behalf of a company that owns a commerce app, you confirm you have authority to bind that company. We may refuse work that requires us to impersonate customers beyond a test account, or that depends on a catalog being rebuilt throughout the study window.
The work
We provide professional readings of catalog browse and purchase intent. Deliverables are written packs, annotated screens captured during an agreed freeze, and facilitated sessions. We do not sell software, do not take payment for goods, and do not recode commerce apps. Estimates describe scope; work outside that scope is a new engagement.
Your materials
You remain responsible for staff logins, staging builds, SKU lists, and any personal data inside those systems. You must not send us customer databases. Screens we capture are used only to illustrate the pack for your named merchandisers.
Intellectual property
The findings pack written for you is licensed to your organisation for internal merchandising use, including sharing with your engineers. We retain the method, checklists, and anonymised teaching examples. We will not publish your catalog screens, brand name, or identifiable face-outs without written permission. Journal articles on this site discuss patterns, not your confidential sample.
Confidentiality
Both sides will keep non-public catalog structure, ranging plans, and campaign dates confidential for three years after the findings session, except where disclosure is required by Malaysian law or by a professional adviser bound to silence.
Payment
Fees are in Malaysian ringgit as set out in the estimate. Deposits and balances follow the schedule on the rates page unless the estimate says otherwise. Late balances may delay the findings session. You are not purchasing a product; invoices are for professional services.
Liability
Catalog decisions remain yours. We are not liable for lost sales, failed campaigns, or engineering delays after a reading. Our aggregate liability for a given engagement is limited to the fees paid for that engagement, except in cases of fraud or personal injury where Malaysian law does not allow a limit. We are not liable for indirect or consequential loss.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of Malaysia. Courts of Malaysia, and in particular those with jurisdiction in Selangor, have exclusive jurisdiction over disputes, after a good-faith attempt to settle in writing within thirty days.
Changes
We may update these terms on this page. The version in force is the one linked from the estimate you accepted. Questions: info@catalogvertexhub.digital or +60331670979.
